Prescott Az Christmas Parade 2024 Star Jaquelin July 4, 1888 marked the birthdate of the professional rodeo in Prescott when a group of local merchants and professional businessmen organized the first "cowboy tournament." The parade, starting at 6pm on Cortez Street and led by Santa, will showcase over 40 brightly lit floats and music from local school marching bands.
